1. SGCG Group and Brand
“SGCG”, “SGCG Global”, “SGCG Group” and related names, logos and trading styles are brand names used by separately distinct legal entities operating across multiple jurisdictions.
The SGCG brand does not itself constitute a legal entity, regulated financial institution, investment firm, investment adviser, broker, dealer, asset manager, fiduciary or other regulated person. Services described on this website may be provided by one or more separate SGCG-branded legal entities, depending on the service, jurisdiction and applicable regulatory requirements.
References to SGCG, SGCG Global or the SGCG Group do not refer to a single legal entity and do not mean that every service is regulated or authorised in every jurisdiction.

4. Scope of Regulatory Permissions
The regulatory status of any SGCG entity is limited to the specific legal entity, jurisdiction, activities and permissions applicable to that entity. A licence held by one SGCG entity does not apply to another entity, and not every product or service described on this website is regulated or available in every jurisdiction.
Where a service is regulated, the relevant legal entity and its regulatory status will be identified in the applicable contractual, onboarding and/or transaction documentation.
5. No Offer or Solicitation
Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute an offer, invitation, solicitation, recommendation or commitment to buy or sell a security, financial product, investment, digital asset or other instrument, or to enter into any transaction.
Any regulated service will be provided only by the relevant SGCG entity in accordance with applicable laws, licensing conditions and client-eligibility requirements. Website information is not investment, legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice.
6. Jurisdictional Restrictions
The availability of information, products and services may be restricted by law in certain jurisdictions. Nothing on this website is directed to any person where access or provision of the relevant service would be unlawful or require an authorisation that has not been obtained. Visitors are responsible for complying with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
7. Investment Risk
Investments and financial transactions involve risk, including the possible loss of some or all capital invested. Past performance is not indicative of future performance, and no representation or guarantee is made regarding future value, performance or profitability. Independent professional advice and the relevant offering, contractual and risk documentation should be reviewed before any investment decision.
8. Website Information
SGCG seeks to keep website information accurate and current, but makes no representation or warranty as to its completeness, accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. Information may be amended, updated or withdrawn without notice.
The website does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, agency, partnership or other relationship unless expressly established in written documentation with the relevant SGCG entity.
9. Separate Legal Status
The use of a common SGCG brand does not consolidate or extend the legal or regulatory status of any individual SGCG entity. Each entity is separately responsible for its obligations, activities and regulatory responsibilities. Visitors and clients should identify the entity providing a service and verify its regulatory status before entering a transaction.
10. Regulatory Information
Further information on individual SGCG entities, licences, registrations and jurisdictions may be provided upon request or through the relevant entity’s disclosures. Regulatory information should be read with applicable client agreements, terms of business, risk disclosures, offering documents and transaction documentation.
